Announcement: All Developer's Area Login's have been Reset. Sorry for the trouble. Please follow instructions below to request to have your Developer's Login Reset. Once it is Reset, your Login info will be available via the "Your Account" Link as a Registered Member at the Support & Info Center.

I'm very pleased with how the Support Center turned out. MerchantPal.NET hosts the new Support & Info Center. The changes should make support much easier for me, and therefore for you. It will take a few months to build up the FAQ & Database, but the application allowes me to answer Questions & Requests Publically, so others can see the Answers. The MOFcart ver 2.4 Forum will Remain Active for folks using the Free ver 2.4 Package. To obtain the Free ver 2.4, you'll need to Register in the New Support Area, so that you can Access the Downloads Area.

I did spend a considerable amount of time on ver 2.5, which turned out to be seriously above and beyond what I originally planned to do. So, if you were using ver 2.4 and find ver 2.5 deserving, then I would be grateful if you purchase an upgrade license. However, that is not required for Registered ver 2.4 Customers, because I originally published in Feb 2003, that it would be a Free upgrade for ver 2.4 Customers. If you do purchase an upgrade license, then as always, your accumulated purchases are consolidated toward higher level licenses.

To Request An Upgrade .. or to have your Developer's Login Reset .. I'll need two things:

1. Register electronically at the Support & Information Center
2. Email me with your Support & Info Center NICKNAME & EMAIL, and
   Include some identifying information so I can find your Order History
   The ideal thing would be an Invoice Number from your Past Order
   
   If you are already Registered at the Support & Info Center, then you don't need to register again. I just need the username for Your Account so I can link your past orders to Your Account. You'll be able to obtain any future products, services via Your Account. New & Reset Logins will be available in the "Your Account" area at the Support & Info Center.

Please use the New Support & Info Center Email Me feature, or I may not get your Email. I have implimented an Allowed Senders List, to eliminate the obscene amout of Spam sent to my various addresses. Once you are on the Allowed Senders List, then you can direct mail me. When I get a little more time, I will probably try to integrate the Support Center Registration with my Allowed Senders List, so that folks get on the list simply by Registering.

If you have a Life Time Developer's License to ver 2.4, then please note that All Logins & Passwords have been ReSet for the Developer's Area. To Obtain a new Login & Password to the Developer's Area, please follow the instructions above, and send me a short mail to have your Login Reset.

To Purchase and Download a ver 2.5 copy, including the install utility, please use the Purchase area. I have added some Support & Installation Services for folks needing that as well.
